On March 27th, Congress passed the CARES Act, a $2 trillion stimulus bill to mitigate the economic impact of COVID-19. The bill includes funding for the $349 billion Paycheck Protection Program (“PPP”) which will provide attractive loans to small businesses (defined as businesses with less than 500 employees) that can be partially forgiven if used to maintain headcount. Will the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation impact NetGain Technologies I.T. support?
No, we are open and operating business as usual. Although working remotely, our team is available 24/7/365. There is no change to the way clients reach our support team in any fashion. If you are not a current client, but are looking for help during this time, please reach out to us immediately.

Do you have any tech suggestions for us if our team must work from home?
Each client is at a different level of preparedness to either partially or fully transition their employees to working from home. Please contact us directly to discuss your company’s unique situation & preparedness to work from home.

How are you handling onsite work?

Most support needs can be handled remotely. If it’s necessary to come onsite for work, we will work with you to evaluate and determine the best way to complete the work while keeping you, your employees, your clients, and our employees safe.

I’ve heard that supply chain issues are causing delays with new computers. Is that true?
