NetGain Technologies One of the Top 100 Managed IT Services Providers Worldwide

Local information technology services provider recognized for industry leadership, best-in-class service.

Lexington, Ky.(February 19, 2013) – NetGain Technologies is once again on Nine Lives Media’s sixth annual MSPmentor 501 Global Edition, a distinguished list and report identifying the world’s top managed service providers (MSPs).

“MSPmentor congratulates NetGain Technologies on this honor,” said Amy Katz, president of Nine Lives Media, a division of Penton Media. “Qualifying for our MSPmentor 501 Global Edition puts NetGain Technologies in rare company.”

This is NetGain Technologies’ fifth year on the list and they remain an industry leader for IT services in the region. Director of managed services sales, Brendan Jacobson, said that NetGain Technologies is looking forward to continued growth in 2013.

“We are very excited about the market trends as they relate to our managed services solution, Technology OneSource,” said Jacobson. “Last year, our managed services grew 40% and we’re expecting continued and substantial growth this year.”

MSPs on this year’s global 501 list were based on a range of metrics, including annual managed services revenue growth, managed services offered and customer devices managed. Together, the MSPs on this list manage more than 5.6 million PCs and servers and nearly 400,000 smartphones and tablets worldwide.

“We are finding more and more that companies want to focus on what they do best and not have to worry about IT,” explained Jacobson. “They just want their technology to work and we can make that happen for them.”
