PRESS RELEASE

Managed I.T. Services Provider Looks Forward to Release of Rankings in April

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Lexington, Ky. (January 28, 2018) — NetGain Technologies will be honored as one of the “Best Places to Work in Kentucky” for 2018. The annual list is a service of the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management (KYSHRM). The program will celebrate 100 winners in 2018. Fewer than five percent of eligible Kentucky businesses received the honor.

More than 1,300 attendees are expected at the 14th annual Best Places to Work in Kentucky awards ceremony on April 17. The event recognizes Kentucky companies for their commitment to focus, measure, and move their workplace environments toward excellence. The list ranks winners from across the state in three categories: small companies of 15 to 149 employees, medium companies of 150 to 499 employees, and large companies consisting of more than 500 employees. (Categories are based on each company’s number of U.S. employees, but only Kentucky employees are surveyed.) The Best Companies Group bases its selection process on an assessment of companies’ employee policies and procedures, along with results from an employee survey.
