Ryan Betka Joins NetGain as Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
NetGain Technologies welcomes Ryan Betka as the new Chief Financial Officer. Ryan has extensive experience in finance and leadership, having served as Regional CFO with Lyra Technology Group and CFO of Integritek in Austin, Texas. His career spans high-growth startups and Global 500 enterprises, where he’s built a consistent record of scaling organizations through strategic planning, strong partnerships, and disciplined financial stewardship.
In his new role, Ryan will lead the company’s financial strategy, strengthen operational execution, and support NetGain’s long-term growth trajectory.

Additional Leadership Appointments
NetGain Technologies is excited to announce several additional leadership appointments that will strengthen the organization’s ability to deliver exceptional results. Megan Reed, formerly NetGain’s Vice President of Growth, has been promoted to Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), where she will oversee Sales, Marketing, and Client Success. Jesse Kuykendall, who previously served as Vice President of Operations, is now Chief Operating Officer (COO), reflecting a growing scope of operational responsibilities. Elaine Nichols is transitioning from Director of Human Resources to Chief People Officer (CPO), where she will lead the people and culture strategy and drive initiatives to improve engagement and organizational culture. Jennifer Heckathorn has moved from Director of Client Success to Vice President of Client Success, and Adrienne Dabbelt, formerly Associate Controller, has been promoted to Controller, strengthening the financial operations team.
