Message from the CEO: March

Last month, NetGain Technologies celebrated its 2013 Chairman’s Club trip.  Chairman’s Club is a rewards trip for our top performers. It is a time to relax and enjoy the fruits of our hard work. This year we traded the harsh winter weather for the beautiful Aruban sun. In our commitment to reward our top producers, a good time was had by all!

I hope you have had the chance to check out our new website, www.NetGainIT.com. We hope you find the layout  more intuitive because our marketing team worked closely with outside consultants to create an appealing site for all. Each visitor chooses their path- whether technical or business, the site centers on impactful content. Either direction will display the wide array of services and solutions we offer in words you understand; technical or business speak.

I would like to congratulate our team for yet another year on the MSPmentor 501 Global Edition list.  The list recognizes top managed service providers from around the world based on a range of metrics, including managed services growth, managed services offered and devices managed. This year – our sixth consecutive year in the top 100 globally – we rose 32 spots in the ranking, landing our Technology OneSource solution at number 57th worldwide. In a related list just out via MSPmentor, NetGain Technologies ranked 44th among North American managed service providers.

To keep this great progress, I urge you to let us know how we are doing by continually providing us with feedback via our surveys.

Recognizing these accomplishments are important, yet hearing from you is an excellent way to measure ourselves against 3 decades of business! We are excited for this milestone year, our 30th anniversary, to unfold.

Lastly, I would like to congratulate Christian Appalachian Project, a non-profit organization that has served the needy in the Appalachia for 50 years.  If you’re interested to check out their site and help them in their efforts, click here https://www.christianapp.org/

Thank you,

Mark Jacobson, CEO
