Job Description

NetGain is looking for a Talent Specialist. This person will own the hiring process for all positions throughout the company. Professionalism with candidates and management team is required for this role to be successful. This positions may be considered stressful throughout the year as the open number of roles fluctuates. This person must be capable of working independently and creating their own processes.  This role will be exposed to confidential information as it relates to the company and personnel information as well as working directly with all employees. Most importantly, we are looking for the right team fit to help us continue to achieve our goal of being the Workplace of a Lifetime!



  • 2+ years of experience with sourcing/recruiting
  • Plus to have additional HR related experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Dependable

  • The primary responsibility of this role will be to source/recruit for all open positions across the company by using resources available (Indeed, LinkedIn, Careerbuilder etc.)
  • Typical positions open: Account Executive, Consulting Systems Engineers, Remote Engineers, Marketing, Accounting, Project Managers
  • Conduct all first phone interview with candidates
  • Manage scheduling for candidates as they go through the interview process
  • Act as the primary contact for candidates
  • Manage candidates throughout their entire life cycle from application to on-boarding
  • On-boarding preparation and assistance for all new employees
  • Conduct first day on-boarding for all new employees
  • Administration of employee tenure and birthday recognition
  • Assistance of any additional HR duties as assigned
